Fuego Roast

Guatemala has been growing amazing coffee since the 1850s, and this one is a true favourite at Grani Di Paolo.

These beans come from plantations around Antigua, surrounded by three volcanoes—Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. Grown at 1650 meters in rich volcanic soil, this coffee is a mix of Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties.

It’s chocolatey and sweet, with a smooth body and hints of blackberry in the aroma. A beautifully balanced cup.
