This smooth decaf coffee is naturally processed using water from Mexico’s highest mountain, removing 99.9% of the caffeine without using any chemicals.
Grown at around 1,000 meters in Chiapas by smallholder farmers, it’s made from Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals. The lower altitude gives the beans a mellow flavor with low acidity.
